The Story

Hey, I'm Jacob

When I found out I was going to be a dad, everything changed — including how I thought about fitness. It wasn't about PRs or six-packs anymore. It was about being strong enough to carry a car seat, energized enough to be present after a long day, and healthy enough to be around for the long haul.

I built Good Dad Fitness because I couldn't find a fitness community that spoke to guys like me — men who want to be great dads and know that taking care of themselves is part of that.

This is a space for real guys doing their best. No gatekeeping, no ego. Just honest work.
